You’re handing someone your keys.

That’s the hardest part of hiring moving help, and it’s the part we take most seriously. Here’s exactly what we check and what we do when something goes wrong.

Vetting

What every mover clears before their profile goes live.

  • Identity

Government photo ID is matched to the person applying. The name on the profile is their real name.

  • Background check

A criminal record check is run before a profile goes live, and again every year they stay on the platform.

  • Insurance

Movers who carry cargo and liability insurance send us the certificate, and we check it before the badge goes on their profile. Not every independent mover carries cover, so we show it where it's real rather than claiming it for everyone.

  • Experience

Applicants need at least a year of paid moving work. We check references before approving a profile.

Protections

What you get on every booking.

  • You always know who's coming

You pick the specific mover. Their photo, name, rating and equipment are on the profile before you book — no anonymous crew assigned on the morning.

  • Message before you commit

Ask anything through the app before booking. You never have to hand over a phone number to get a question answered.

  • Reviews you can believe

Only customers who completed and paid for a job can leave a review. There's no way to buy one or post one without a matching booking.

  • Support when it goes wrong

If something is damaged or a mover doesn't show, contact us within 72 hours. We work with you and the mover to resolve it, and movers who don't hold the standard lose their profile.

Something go wrong?

Tell us within 72 hours of the job and we’ll take it from there.

We use Google and Meta to measure which ads bring people here, which means those companies see that you visited and whether you booked. What that involves. You can say no and the site works exactly the same.
