Four steps. No phone calls.

Hiring moving help should be as easy as ordering dinner. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you land here.

  1. 1

    Tell us your move

Pick what you're moving, where it's going, and when. Add the details that actually change the job — three flights of stairs, a piano, a loading dock that closes at four.

    • Takes about a minute
    • No account needed to see prices
    • Nothing is charged at this stage
  2. 2

    Choose your mover

You see every mover who can do your job, with the hourly rate they set themselves, the reviews they earned, and the equipment they own. You choose. Not an algorithm, not a dispatcher.

    • Compare real rates side by side
    • Read reviews from completed jobs only
    • Message before you commit to anything
  3. 3

    Track your job

Once your mover accepts, you get a confirmed arrival window and a direct message thread. On the day, the clock starts when they do and you can see it running.

    • Confirmed arrival window
    • Direct messaging, no phone number required
    • You see every hour you're billed for
  4. 4

    Leave a review

After the job, you review the mover. That review belongs to them and follows them for the rest of their career — which is exactly why the good ones stay good.

    • Only paid, completed jobs can be reviewed
    • Reviews stay with the mover, not the platform
    • Rebook the same person any time

Questions

The things people ask first.

How is the price calculated?
Each mover sets their own hourly rate, plus a rate for each extra crew member and a rate for their truck. Add those up, with the mover's minimum applied, and that is the hourly rate for the work — we never mark it up. On top of that we add a 5% service fee, and HST applies to the total. Both are on the estimate before you book, as their own lines.
What if the job takes longer than estimated?
You're billed for the hours actually worked at the rate you agreed. The estimate is a range based on similar jobs, not a cap. If something changes on the day, your mover tells you before the clock keeps running.
Are movers insured?
Movers carrying cargo and liability insurance show it on their profile with the coverage amounts. Not every independent mover carries it, which is why we put it on the profile rather than making a blanket claim.
Can I book the same mover again?
Yes, and a lot of people do. Every mover profile has a rebook rate on it because repeat business is the clearest signal of good work.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before the job. Inside 24 hours, the mover has usually turned down other work to hold the slot, so their cancellation terms apply — shown on their profile before you book.

We use Google and Meta to measure which ads bring people here, which means those companies see that you visited and whether you booked. What that involves. You can say no and the site works exactly the same.
