Requirements
What you need to join.
We keep the bar high because customers are trusting the platform with their homes. Verification usually takes two to three business days.
- 18 or older, legally able to work in Canada
- Government ID for verification
- Clear a criminal record check
- At least one year of paid moving experience
- A smartphone and a working phone number
- If you're bringing a vehicle: valid licence, registration and insurance
